In the field of conservation, paper, photographs, and textiles are treated separately by specialists who have trained in the preservation of each of these materials.

The Cinecraft digitization project continues. We currently have over 300 films digitized and online through the digital archives.

The effects of our changing climate marked my two-week stay at the Hagley Library. Rain from Hurricane Ida caused the Brandywine River to burst its banks, flooding the Hagley’s scholar residence two days before I was set to arrive.
